I need help and suggestions

Hello there hope everyone are doing well please I need your help and suggestions.

I plan to make a website (non English website) about healthy recipes and I want to integrate the BMI calculator in it.


I want when a user calculate his BMI get automatically monthly plan meals based on his preference of foods I don't know how to do that. I need help sorry for my bad English


To make things clear more I need to make same like this website(https://www.carbmanager.com/) please I appreciate any help and suggestions.

Never heard of this before
The deeper you go with it the more success you will have
You'll be asking for some basic information like their

• height
• weight
• age
• sex
• activity level

Then your calculator gives a score
Based on that score you can display diet suggestions
Maybe there is a plugin for wordpress so have a look
Honestly I think you need a programmer (ask @Graybeard or post on the programming thread)
Make sure you have a disclaimer saying you're not providing medical advice and to check with their doctor
