im looking someone who will work on revenue share

First of all, don't direct our members to go off site to discuss rev share or any other business relationship. You are not an approved vendor here.

Secondly, if you need traffic, then buy it and learn to work with it. That's what real marketers do! Why would anyone take you up on an offer of rev share when you have not explained any details about your self. You are not an established and known member here. We welcome you to become such a member, but just coming here as a stranger and asking someone to "trust" you to share revenues is a bit ludicrous.

Why do you not want to learn to use paid traffic on your own?

Were you expecting this person you seek to pay for the traffic and then wait for you to reimburse them?

i have not done any research i just found this forum im looking for someone who will help me to attract traffic to my website

Staring affiliate marketing without any research is very intelligent move!

Before moving towards finding traffic, you need to know what would work best. Just creating a website regarding casino or any brand won't help you make money. Would you like to share your website by any chance?
Also you seem to looking for someone to work with you, are you willing to hire someone on commission based or so?

im not in marketing at all im looking someone who will help me and work with me

Hey @kudarski, if your crypto casino is ready and you're looking to grow with paid traffic but don’t have experience in marketing, finding a partner on a revenue-share basis is definitely a smart move — especially if you’re bootstrapping
you’ll want someone who understands paid traffic sources like push, native, or display, and ideally has experience in the gambling niche. Be clear about what you're offering (revenue share %, conversion goals, etc.), and start conversations with media buyers or affiliates who specialize in this vertical.
it also helps if you can provide solid tracking, creative assets, and transparency about your conversion flow. Have you set up an affiliate backend or platform to manage rev-share tracking and payouts yet?

No ofense but the question its vague and arogant one and you should give more details like what you plan to achieve ,what you do so far on your blog ,what you intent to promote to be able to give you some tipc

Its like me going to someone and say to someone : I need money in my pocket and hoping that this person would help me

What everybody else already told you but let me add:
Affiliate marketing is a BUSINESS.
Just like any other business you need to learn about it.
You would not buy a McDonald's or Burger King or Subway franchise and go on a forum to find out what to do.
Because you cannot learn about running a business from a forum.
Nor would you start a new job and run around asking all your co-workers how to do your work.
Learn. Read a book. Take a class. Watch YouTube.
It might take a few years but you will eventually get there.

This is the posture of the majority of pseudo beginners since I've been in sales and marketing spanning decades. It's an element of human kinds desperate persons wanting someone to take them by the hand when they can't do anything for themselves, including being an effective communicator.

About five or six percent of people that want to earn in any sales and marketing environment are serious enough about it to do some reasonable research on their own before asking any questions. When we see those people, they have an understanding that they need to earn the assistance of others by demonstrating a reasonable amount of discipline, ability to communicate thoroughly and respectfully, and arrive with a modicum of knowledge that this is a business and are expected to invest time and money. The rest, like this OP, just arrive with their hand out expecting everyone to do all the work for them.

i need traffic on my site

You say in your title you want help in affiliate marketing, but your first post says you are looking for traffic. Not the same thing!

There is an old adage in business that always rings true. "You can't ask someone to do something in your business that you don't know how to do yourself." You want to partner with, and hire, only after you have the knowledge and understanding of your requirements yourself. You can't do that without research and gained knowledge. To hire an affiliate, you must have the knowledge of what an affiliate does and how they do it. The same for a rev share partner. If you do not have the knowledge and understanding of how the job you offer is done, then yo have no capacity built in to monitor and verify the affiliate and/or partner is getting it right and/or doing it as you desire.

We'll help you, but you need to express the willingness and actions necessary to learn it and deploy it.

Paid traffic, landing pages, copy, business management, etc., etc. Many various aspects of this business and industry are necessary for everyone to learn and deploy in order to grow and scale.

All of us will help, are you willing to put in the effort?
