I need to start new affiliate programm

Hello,
I need to start a new affiliate program on a cost per sale basis.
I am stacked at the very beginning. I need to find a good affiliate software that will suit our business.
So, we have 1 or two products and probably we will need to have more than 1 affiliate managers. I spoke with offerslook and they say if we have 1 product they are probably not suitable for us.
Can you suggest me few affiliate tracking software companies that will be suitable for our needs?
