Yeah I smell fraud here, why would you just need clicks? How will you make money if you don't plan to fill them out yourself?

I believe you see CashPerClick offer and want to send fraud traffic to it. One warning: It won't work. Advertiser cares about conversions in the end and they have lot's of data to check if your traffic is valid otherwise everyone would be sending adult traffic to it.

Guys, although I totally agree that this whole thing seems real fishy, maybe we should give OP a chance to explain what he's trying to do exactly. Maybe he/she is just trying to get traffic to boost alexa rankings or something like that! Let's forget the fact he says he needs traffic for a CPA offer but doesn't need conversions......
