Hello. I sell nutra products in European and Latin American countries. I sell my products with cash on delivery.
-I would like to call the customer and get approval before shipping the orders. This will increase my delivery rate.
-However, establishing a call center is a very costly process.
How can I find outsourcing call center companies experienced in Nutra products? I tried to find it with Google but failed.

Your business model doesn't make sense to anybody except you.

Have the customers pay for their order with a CC and avoid your self-created problems.

Are they YOUR products? The reason I ask is because we have a network resource vendor who has affiliate COD offers and has their own in-house call centre.

An all-in-one solution perhaps but not if you're selling your own products. If that is the case, I'm certain there are call centres that you can hire to handle that for you, I just don't have a name to offer at this time. Someone else may, though.

I am not sure if this model will work but you can get a VA and register to use voip number for your call center. That way the VA answers the call and make outbound calls too.

There are many call centers in asia and southafrica regions! you can find people on linkedin holding or looking for such operations! mainly they work on US based offers, but if you give them better deal, they might work on your campaign as well.

Also it would be better if you do email verification on them by your self, it would help you generate useful customer based email list which can be then reused to sell more products!

Better start your own media buying agency, Hire small staff and start working as team, this would help you work on different campaign sectors. As well as try different platform. In this case you won't do such lose and will establish your own company which would then with in year! if i am not wrong can generate about 1m if you keep this flow as a team rather then individual!
