Goodluck buddy, i would say on cps and trial offers stick with Bing, Adword and FB. Don't go on ppv with tonic and 50onred. It maybe sound crazy but you will not be able to scale up on these networks. Other side your ROI will be horrible. PPV is good for sweeps, AV and mobile subscription etc.

You need highly targeted and quality traffic for maxbounty campaigns.
