IFRAME CPA MOBILE OFFERS

Hi Digital Warriors
I found a mobile subscription offer (iframe allowed by advertiser) targeting : all Mobile Os ,italy, carrier vodafone, but i have a difficulty to iframe it cause i can't reach the offer landing page even with premium VPNs since there is no mobile carrier targeting on VPNs
i think affilitest will help me reach the LP offer "link" due to their advanced targeting , but in my situation it will not be useful as long as i need to iframe a specific placement on the page.
kindly what is the best way to deal with this situation so i can iframe it?

What do you mean? Only shown to specific carrier IP addresses?

If they will allow access you can curl (cURL) and scrape the HTML code and output it to a text file

If it is a PHP (or other interpreter language ) it is more complicated to output the current correct text. Why don't you just have them send you the iframe code? Seems easier (if it is authorized to be embedded cross-domain)
