ip ranges question

hey guys,

I want to target cellular, but mgid dont have option to block specifically cellular .

They have option to whitelist or block ip ranges.
So here is the question, how/where can I get those ip ranges?

Using Voluum tracker,but there are a lots of ips..

I want to block Vodafone, T-Mobile, O2 - to do that I need to have ip ranges.. but I dont have them..

1. you need some sample IP addresses for each.
2. then you find the AS Block and block the ranges.
3. find the sample IP addresses and post them.

getting the list if you can block by CIDR 1.1.1.0/20 <<< like that from those is easy --for me anyway

Here is one more tip for you: usually your Account manager will be able to share 'good' IP ranges to target and 'bad' ranges to block. Go ask them!
