So I am not understanding why posting link or ad to your website or affiliate offer site in your fb page or in an fb ad would not be ok but would be ok from inside of a Group regarding their rules?
There are two main benefits to a public Facebook page It allows to you run ads promoting your group And, it allows you to freely promote your group via public social media. People who stumble across your page may find your group interesting too and join it.
I am trying to finish up the group rules on a new group I am creating.
Can anyone offer any advice on this please? I am trying to setup the Membership Questions by asking this "By becoming a member you agree to to abide by ALL Group Rules"
but the SAVE button does not become active, any reason why please?
Oh wait, I had thought the checkboxes option could be selected where someone would simply check the box but seems I need to select only either the Written Answer or Multiple choice options
Did you use the drop arrow and make your selection.
I had that problem making a purchase yesterday.
The selected default is a placeholder (and not grayed out)

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates.
