I'd look at buying a domain then start building social media fan pages branded to that domain. It's what I did when I first started. Although budget was higher also

(this is all hypothetical, just looking to get some ideas from people to show the different approaches they'd take)

Personally, I would join Clickbank. Whatever product you pick, start joining forums and build a Facebook around that item. If it doesn't sell, try something else until you find items that you sell well. Once you build up that and a list of people to sell to, then I would buy a domain and get hosting though HostGator.
