Keyword Tagging

Hello,

I heard it is a good idea to tag my images with keywords. Just curious if I should tag my text box, rectangles, dividers, HTML box etc. with keywords as well.

What do you mean? How do you "tag" a textbox with keywords?

Sorry new at this, I was told that it is important to rename your images with your apropriate keywords which I asumed was tagging my image with a keyword. Maybe it is just my website builder but, you can also rename your text box or any other website element you use.

All I am trying to ask is that instead of leaving my text box named text-1 or text-2 and so on. Should I rename them with my keywords or am I just waisting my time.

Has anyone tried this before?

I really doubt that it will make the slightest bit of difference.

Alt tags for images may help a bit. For the rest, forget it.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by text box either, but I agree with Minstrel - it's a good idea to give your images alt tags but anything beyond that probably won't bring you enough benefit to be worth the time it takes to do it.
