Landing page language different than offer

I see for example German banner, German landing page, then English offer.
Does that convert?

Sorry for the lately response. As your traffic are coming from different language zone then you should asked your account manager in order to make the sales page for you. Its 2min works as far I know. They may asked about your traffic method explain clearly with volume.

Place your self in the visitors shoes.
If you go from a german banner to german lp to english offer, you will be like WTF and close it.

Congruency between banners, landers, and offers gives better conversion rates.
