Landing page query

We have many hundreds of internal links on our site, plus several thousand incoming external links. I am being careful to select the correct anchor text for all links. However, what I would like to know is if a landing page can be a result of an on site search?

Will this have negative SEO effects because it will take longer to load, or will it be more positive because it is showing specific items?

Hard linking to search pages isn't bad for SEO

you don't have to take worry about this, because you have much internal and external Links.
