Leveraging LLMs for Traffic Warm-Up

Hello, colleagues!

Recently, I became interested in using Large Language Models (LLMs) to create dialogues that closely resemble human interactions. It turns out that simulating human-like conversations doesn't require an enormous number of parameters but does necessitate the involvement of linguists and psychologists during the fine-tuning phase.

Additionally, we discovered that with a reasonable number of parameters, it's possible to fine-tune the model to possess persuasive qualities—gently motivating the interlocutor to perform a desired action, such as sharing personal information, subscribing, or making a purchase.

Traditional LLMs are not only significantly more expensive for processing dialogues (up to 1000 times more costly) but also exhibit a certain artificiality in communication, despite their broader knowledge base.

This led to the development of our current model, which embodies a young, educated woman capable of engaging in flirtatious conversations. Currently, the language is English, with Spanish expected to be available by the end of the year.

I agree. There are many AI-conversation solutions on the market, and some of them are quite good. However, here we’re discussing the application of AI in affiliate marketing.

In addition to human-like dialogue, we need:
• The ability to target traffic (extracting information about the user during the conversation)
• The ability to motivate the user to make a purchase
• Low dialogue costs (to handle low-cost traffic efficiently)

Additionally, the ability to quickly adapt the "digital persona" could be highly valuable—assigning it a biography (gender, age, profession, education level, hobbies, etc.).

So far, I haven’t encountered solutions on the market that meet all these criteria.

Thank you for providing the link.

  • And how would you --as a low volume enterprise (<$50M /yr) be able to do that?
  • Also, you maybe can do that with LARGE SCALE first party information
--but with 3rd party data :D
--that is little better than throwing cow-shit against the barn wall and hoping some will stick.

SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) are not going to share their "proprietary" customer data with any PPI because it jeopardizes their trade data. So, if they should share the data it will be in a rather useless anonymized form.

I agree that such data would be valuable however you will never see it.

Perhaps there was a misunderstanding.

I was simply referring to the ability to customize the persona of the model conducting the dialogue. For the Dating, Sexting, and Adult industries, this could be a young, educated, and sociable woman; for accounting, an elderly, meticulous, and detail-oriented consultant; and for sales, a friendly and upbeat male persona.

I’ve reviewed the HuggingChat you recommended. It doesn’t quite resemble a human-like dialogue. Verbosity isn’t always characteristic of human conversations; it’s far more challenging to provide short yet meaningful responses.

Additionally, the dialogue is based on an older version of the Llama model.

Unfortunately, I’ve only recently registered on this forum, so I’m limited in my ability to send PMs or post URLs. If you could find a way to get in touch with me, I’d be happy to offer you the chance to test a chatbot capable of truly engaging and interesting conversations.
