Link Locker vs Content Locker? (Your Insights?)

when linking from Youtube, I noticed the link locker performed better than a content locker.

So, like its been said above. A lot of it depends on your niche and traffic source

I can vouch this, but if you make a landing page. You will have a better Conversion rate.
Direct linking in Youtube can be done, but not advised.

My main source is youtube, but google is good too for this technique.
Content lockers are a bit harder to convert in terms of social traffic coz they see it often in my experience.

Content locker need your own site for place code while link locker can use only link not use own site. In my experience Content locker is convert better than link locker
