Never seen anyone doing that --would people pay? Some will for cyber-sex. Other topics? IDK
They were doing 'tech-support' type leads of pay-per-call but that is not sms specific.

It sounds kind of strange, why would someone pay for sending sms messages. At the moment, advertising is mainly in the form of videos and email messages.
