Hey all! Here is a video about Lead Generation World Conference which took place in Orlando in March 2021. Worth noting that it was the first conference since the pandemic.

The representatives of Marketcall.com were Alexander, the head of the affiliate department and Alexey, the CEO. They talked to other participants of the conference as well as interviewed them. During short interviews the representatives talked about the latest trends and updates of the affiliate marketing.

Affiliate Manager

You will be helping Marketcall affiliate partners to grow their business with Marketcall unique business model. You will help to find new partners through visiting top affiliate marketing trade shows with Marketcall booths and doing outreach on Linkedin. Those can be individual marketers, marketing agencies that specialize in media buying (Google ads, Facebook ads, Tik Tok ads, native ads), or call center lead generators. You will work with industries like insurance, debt settlement, home services, and home improvement. You will be assigned a mentor who will fully introduce you to the industry and help achieve your goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Visiting marketing conferences with the Marketcall team and booth. We have already booked 5 conferences for the second half of 2021 (New York, Denver, 3 in Las Vegas)
  • Finding new affiliates through Linkedin outreach
  • Assisting with making content for our blog and youtube channel
  • Developing deep relationships with current and potential affiliates
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Being proactive
  • Fast learner
Compensation
The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. You will also have bonus based on the financial metrics of your clients.

Marketcall is looking for a highly motivated forward-thinking Sales representative to work from our office in Pasadena. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ambition an interest in sales with strong capacity and eagerness to learn best practices and methodologies that facilitate, support and help drive the growth of the Marketcall business. We strive for professional and personal development while focusing on team dynamics, and there is no shortage of support from your leader, team, and management throughout your career at Marketcall.

What You'll Do
  • Source new sales opportunities through prospecting and a high volume of outbound cold calling and emailing
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain an active pipeline while continuously expanding a list of new prospects
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of current industry trends, including target advertisers & competition
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Consistently and successfully execute a targeted sales approach within our target industries
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets of net new sales
  • Prospect, Build and Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Drive opportunities through the sales cycle and manage contract negotiations
  • Manage opportunities and close deals in a given quarter.
  • Self-generate leads, as well as work on sales, qualified leads.
  • Represent Marketcall at client meetings and industry events(Las Vegas, New York, Barcelona and etc)
  • Develop domain expertise that adds value to prospective clients
  • Proactively seek collaboration from teammates in order to fulfill new client accounts
  • Consistently communicate the status of sales efforts, and keep accounts updated in CRM
What You Bring:
  • Ability to learn, commit to memory and advance new skills through interaction with team members, prospects and relations in a fast paced, detailed and vast environment
  • A real knack for setting priorities and finishing goals each day
  • Ability to react quickly, listen to prospect challenges, while being able to suggest and process solutions
  • Strong Windows PC skills (Email, Excel, MS Word, basic typing skills) at a minimum; experience with any Call tracking will be plus
  • Outgoing, desire to make new relations, work hard and have fun
  • 1-2 years professional experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Easily and effectively write professional e-mail messages or verbally communicate a call to action, next steps, marketing messages, etc.

TikTok is increasing the maximum length of videos from 60 seconds to 3 minutes

All three minutes can be recorded, edited, and uploaded directly within the TikTok app. This update gives creators a canvas to work with that’s three times larger than what they had before.

It’s going to be interesting to see what creators do to hold viewers’ attention for longer than a minute. Longer TikTok videos have been in testing with a limited number of creators, so it’s possible you may have encountered one already. This feature is rolling out to all users over the coming weeks

Offline conversions are any valuable actions that you know have been impacted by your ad investment, but can’t be tracked by traditional conversion tracking. ;)

Actions tracked may include:
- Trial to paying customer.
- Completed enrollment.
- Funded deals.
- In-store purchases.

UTMs are the most crucial component of offline conversion tracking. They ensure leads can be traced back to ad spend (provided you’ve set up proper tracking in your CRM/shopping client).

How to Set up Offline Conversions Through Existing Integrations
Offline conversions tracking has two set-up paths:
- Import from an existing source.
- Uploads from files or connections.

If you’re using a popular CRM/ESP (email service provider)/shopping platform, the easiest path will be to upload from HTTPS.
This will allow you to log into your “source of truths,” connecting them to Google Ads.
If you choose “Google Sheets,” be sure you download the right template. Whoever sets up the conversions should have minimum “Standard” level access, although “Admin” is preferred.

Expanded Access to AR Try-On Feature from Facebook :D

Augmented Reality (AR) brings the “magic” of the in-store shopping experience to mobile, Facebook says, and more brands can now let customers try on products virtually. Facebook is developing new APIs that will make it easier, faster and more cost-effective for brands and advertisers to bring AR into their catalogs.

This is rolling out first to brands in the beauty category, with support coming to other verticals in the near future. Lastly, Facebook is bringing AR to a new ad unit that will automatically show relevant products to people based on their interests, encouraging them to “try it on.”

Testing of AR-based ads is underway and will be available to more brands by the end of the year :cool:

Please go to My account - Payment Settings. Press button "Add Payout" and then choose "Tipalti". (For Wire, ACH, Paypal or e-Check).
Fill the Tipalti form. How to do it read the next question "Filling Up Your Tipalti Form". After that press "Withdraw" button on your dashboard. Put the sum you want to withdraw and press withdraw.
Your request is done. You will get confirmation email once your payment is sent :D

Google begins rolling out the “link spam update,” which makes its algorithms more effective at identifying and nullifying link spam o_O

The update begins rolling out today and will take at least two weeks to roll out broadly to search results in multiple languages. Information strewn throughout Google’s announcement suggests a particular emphasis on targeting links from sponsored, guest, and affiliate content.
In fact, the announcement begins as a casual reminder to mark up affiliate content with the appropriate rel values. Google buries the lead, as the news about this algorithm update isn’t mentioned until the end of the blog post.

This is an indication that Google wants site owners to pay attention to its advice on how to handle links within content where there’s an exchange of value involved ;)
