Marketing Study as Part of a Job Position

Hi, my name is Paul and I am the Project Manager for CPU Solutions. I was recommended to the forums by a friend who is much more savvy about the whole Affiliate marketing scene than I am.

My boss has asked me to start studying different marketing angles so we can look into different forms of promotion. By trade I am a web designer / graphic artist so this is more of a stretch for me than the normal stuff I spend my day doing.

I usually read different forums mainly for information, and don?t often post anything, but the more I have found out about affiliate marketing the more questions seem to be cropping up. I figured I would introduce myself first, instead of just jumping in and asking a bunch of questions.
