the only workaround about this is to purchase accounts made by 3rd party
and run your campaigns there.
But when you buy them it is again not guaranteed that they wil last long

Apart from Gadi, has anyone in this thread made an ROI from survey offers with PPC?
On Bing, the CPC for keywords related to surveys is about $0.50 to $0.75 so it's too costly to make an ROI even if you promote a high paying survey offer. Keywords that are related to make money online are even more competitive ranging from about $0.55 to $1+
