First affiliate network I was accepted to was Cpalead.

After I got accepted there I used that as a leverage to get accepted to other networks, then I continued doing that until I actually had some numbers I could show for the more difficult networks to get accepted to.

I recommend you create a thread ion the Business Centre. Title it something like "Newbie Needs Mobile Network". There are many of them here that will help you.
