mobile apps\games promotion via CPI basis

Hi Guys

I am an affiliate marketer who up until this day promoted downloadable products for Windows and Mac on CPI basis.
Now I am trying to make the switch to mobile apps\games promotion via CPI basis, but find it hard since Some ad networks are only willing to run offers from the developer himself.


Are there any mobile ad networks you know about which may run offers on CPI basis whoch are not from the developer himself?
