Step 1:

Go to settings and then set up

Copy your secure or normal postback URL (doesn't matter which one) and add

{aff_sub}
{payout}

So your URL should now look something like this http://your tracking URL/postback?cid={aff_sub}&payout={payout}

Go to the offer information page on your hasoffers affiliate network and add your postback URL

Go to your offer in voluum and select the payout auto option

Use a simple javascript. AffKit has a tool for it.

Yes you can. I think the new version of CPVLab tracks mobile.
I don't know how good it is.
Personally, I like using Voluum.

I use Voluum and here is my postback URL as an example: http://tvwst.voluumtrk.com/postback?cid={aff_sub}&payout={payout}. You would need to replace the "tvwst" with your own voluum id of course.
