Model price doubt

Hi, is it normal a specific zone(placement) id converts in a model price but no in other, I mean I create a cpc campaign tagging a specific zone id and it works fine but if i create a cpm campaign tagging the same zone id for some reason the traffic I get doesnt convert

the price of the ad placement *exactly* ex: 0.11 CPC but not 0.10 or 0.12? Or are you trying to say something else here?

Not the price but the model price, ad placement ex: converts at 0.10 cpc, but if I buy it in cpm price, it stops converting

Oh, "price model" as in CPM or CPC ...
This dosen't make much sense if the impressions are similar with both.

Could time of day or day of week be a factor perhaps?
