I would recommend BeyondHosting. It was created specifically for Affiliate Marketers to host their landing pages, etc. However if you are going to only use static pages I would go with Rackspace CDN as it's quite fast to load your files and very cheap.

Depends if your looking for managed or unmanaged VPS?

Managed VPS are more expensive but require less technical knowledge. I'd recommend LiquidWeb

Unmanaged VPS are cheap but requires technical knowledge to setup the webserver and installing softwares.
