I am currently working with some affiliate networks. i have the landing page and CRM. i need really good quality traffic for products like viagra & cialis in tier 1 geo. CPA, COD, CPL & CPS model only.

Well, first of all, any traffic platform that allows advertising those products is not determinant on CPA, COD, CPL, or CPS. All a traffic platform cares about is whether or not your form of advertising meets their requirements. For example, Google, Facebook, et al, do not allow some products from being advertised. Additionally, they aren't interested in advertisers that are unscrupulous. There are many more, but in the end they don't care if you are collecting leads, or seeking conversions for a CPA, CPL, or CPS funnel. What any of the prime traffic sources seek is for you to provide a professional funnel that will not offend their users. FB, Google, et al, are interested in "good user experience".

So you are seeking specifically "adult" traffic. Does that mean adult as in "over 18", or adult as in adult content traffic? I ask because the only requirement from those product manufacturers is "over 18". Over 18 is a much larger audience than the adult content users.

I think Google only permits it if you are the brand and not an affiliate and not at all on FB. Connected TV (CTV) and OTT traffic may be the best if you can afford it. I see many of the top affiliates beginning to dive in big on both.

If you are looking for more traditional traffic, the I would recommend native ads. They are productive and forgiving.

Getting good traffic for Cialis can be tough. I've found native ads work well for reaching the right crowd. I ran a campaign around lifestyle topics and saw a nice bump in conversions. Knowing your audience is key! If you can, try CTV and OTT traffic too; they're becoming popular and can engage users better. Just ensure your funnels are smooth and compliant to keep the ad platforms happy. It takes some tweaking, but it can pay off big time.

Probably, the biggest gathering of "limp dicks" will be on social media --how to reach out to them without getting a TOS ban is the problem.

Also, Cialis and Viagra will set off the spam alarms.

Basically, this is Sir Spam A Lot territory.
