I built an adult tube site (that embeds videos from top adult sites) and I am looking to team up with someone who can take care of the legal issues (company, taxes, and so on).
I will do the technical part (developing new features + maintenance).

If you need a theme for your tube site then check out themes from Adult Tube Themes
They are very easy to work with and seo friendly.
Make sure you sign up for some sponsors as well, so they give you some content so you can build up your site with their content.

Why would anyone use WP for this? I think you would be way better off with a dedicated solution like Mechbunny Tube Script

Thats awesome...which theme are you using? Are you uploading videos or just embedding from top tube sites?
