Their site looks great, and I am sure they'll do very well. Would definitely promote them sometime in the very near future. I have a question though. I usually promote merchants through PPC. Is their team responsive to publisher's requests/questions/concerns?

One of the main criteria in order to be a 5 Star program is programs MUST be pro-actively managed, responsive and affiliate-centered.
PLUS must have high integrity dealing with affiliate issues.

So yes and with this program Brenda the AM is just super nice to work with. They also have pretty open PPC policy. No brand name bidding, but other than that...

Oh good to know! I wondered about announcing the program right now due to everyone being so busy for the holidays, but I figured some smart affiliates would be almost wrapped up with Christmas and would have some downtime mid Dec to start building new sites or to start working on new promotions for January.
