Why Is HTML Better Than Weebly or Wordpress For Landing Pages?

Hi!

It's not quite as simple as saying one is better than the other, the end result of anything created by Weebly or Wordpress is also HTML.

Weebly for example is a service that makes it easy for non-teckies to build a website by doing all the complicated work for you.

HTML is a markup language that web pages use to display the page that's interpreted by the web browser. If you right click on a web page and click View Source, that code you see is the html that the browser converts to binary and renders the page. Weebly simply cuts the coding part of it out.

So to answer your question, Weebly is better for someone who has no technical or programming knowledge, or very little, where as a developer would prefer to write their own html, accompanied by a stylesheet in CSS (another computer language) so they have ultimate control over the result.
