Normally, I prefer getting paid via Paypal as the transfer is instant as opposed to bank wire wherein it takes like 3-4 days to receive the payment. Sometimes bank wire is also an option considering the amount you will be receiving.

At HilltopAds we work with BTC, Paxum, epayments, epayservice, and even WebMoney. Sometimes we use Wire, but for $1000+ payments. Plus, we are paying all transfer fees for our publishers. Also, we can use PayPal, but we do it only by request from the publisher.

Personally, I use ePayService, with their Master Card. Pretty nice service, with an awesome app for an iPhone
