For PHP i always do prefer to Netbeans and PHPstrome. both software are good. But my personally favourite is netbeans. although it took time to start on my PC. But one if start then it run smoothly on my system. Netbeans offers me a complete development platform including, versioning, hudson, database connectivity, debugging, web services etc.
