Please recommend n00b-friendly network with CPI offers

Hi all,

i am looking for a network that have plenty of CPI offers, meanwhile is open for newcomers to sign up.
I am interested in CPI offers that offer quality content (App installs from Google Play, AppStore), not the "virus scanner", systembooster" or similar stuff.

So far i found YeahMobi, but they are not newbie-friendly.

Suggestions are welcome!

But...
One of their requirements:

• AM contact details of 2 Mobile Ad Networks you work with

So, looks like its also not fo newbies.

You know CPI network that provide offers for quality games&apps from Google Play and AppStore? that is newbie-friendly? Tell me!

Maybe i got something wrong..
But Crobo and Glispa are for publishers-only. They dont have any open-for-public offer network.

As for mobvista, they do not work with individuals, only with companies.
So they are not for newbies.
