Polls for Lead Gen?

Love to hear any results people have been having with lead generation via the use of polls. Please share how you are incorporating them into your process. I have been experimenting with various types of implementations and have been getting really good results, but always looking to get better!

Zeydoo has some interesting Financial and Dating Survey offers that start with a 6/7-question poll. Then they push an offer matching the replies (apparently at least, maybe it is the same for everyone).
