Pop traffic below $1 CPM

Need some cheap traffic atm and looking for sources which provide pop traffic for less than $1 CPM. Adult or non adult doesn't matter.

Well, I guess it depends.

You have to test it for your campaign. With an proper LP and good tracker, you can make it work on almost all traffic source.
