Popads always says "We have no traffic with your options."

I am trying to create a campaign with popads but even if I just do everything allowed it gives me "We have no traffic with your options.". This happens when I litteraly allow everything. Does anybody have an idea about what I am doing wrong?

To be honest I couldn't find much more next to a general email adress, figured that I could aswell ask it here so that eventually other people who stumble upon this problem can find the solution here.

They had an outage last night and again this morning I think, since then the traffic estimator isn't working for me either! However I'm still getting traffic
