Newbie411 is a very nice book for begginers.
Book is written by K and you can find inside some very useful info for start.
Also If you have any question ask...but you should tell correctly what you are interested in.
if you are completely newbie then i will suggest to grab good course from warriorforum (check reviews of the product first from existing customers) and stick to one plan.
few of these top websites are doing great for many affiliate marketers - Facebook, 7 search (for noobs), bing ads and 1000's of others.
This thread is a couple of years old @Juhi but I have to agree with @Dario that starting with the basics in Newbie411 is an excellent place to start the CPA journey.
