PPV and Link Shorteners

Hi,

I would like to know if anyone has tried PPV traffic with link shorteners such as adf.ly, linkbucks.com, adfoc.us or shorte.st

Actually, these link shorteners services have A LOT of volume. My doubt is about traffic quality. Is it good enough to make profit? What about bot traffic? Is it better to target just desktop or mobile could work also?

Which one of the four that I mentioned above is the best in your opinion?

For pops (i tested only pops) it was price per pop
