I walk away from deals were the risk to reward ratio is wrong.
I won't spend money working for you if I think I will lose money.
Sometimes I fool myself when I forget due diligence and some risk aversion cynicism.
Sometimes, I miss a killing (rarely).
You have to ask yourself just why a prepayment is demanded ...
