is there someone who had a profitable campaign on first try, without starting to optimize?

It can happen if you start the campaign in some super premium spot (small and probably not well-know) and you have some extraordinary offer, but very rarely. Normally you need to loose first

Unfortunately i can't say i ever saw this happening, i always saw people first losing then making it better and make it payout!

if someone has the tips for making your campaign profitable please share with us. because i don't think so that this is possible in the beginning.
