yes you can promote email submit offers, but please don't do direct linking .
always use a landing page if you are promoting CPA offers .

You definitely need a landing page, to make it! About your landing page content, you only need to inspire the potential leads that they need what you are promoting dude, now you can watch as much videos as you can to know how to build a good landing page, but i think you should work using a landing page!
