Promoting affiliate offers via paid traffic on facebook

I've heard there's a lot of success in promoting affiliate offers using paid traffic on Facebook. I want to look into this but I'm not sure where to start. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do and what affiliate companies have the highest conversions?

What was ok to do 2- 3 years ago, and has made a lot of guys on the forum wealthy will now get you banned. you will see in my post that even basic post boost will get you banned if you have 1 or two disgruntled fans flagging your post.

There just to many Multi-million $ ad agency out there and then way too many of us little guys competing for fans who do not want to be advertise to. Only thing you should be doing ia possible paying for likes the old fashion way (do not boost post) but even then know that less than 10% will ever she your content. Alsk yourself if it worth spending $10000 to get 100000k like?

Look at other option. Check into FBA content marketing techniques that do not involve FB ads.

I totally agree with you as i tried for about four times with different payment methods and different accounts but also get banned in every time i start ads

Its better to understand the rules before, or its easy to be banned.

As @ldvert mentioned, it's a good idea to get a handle on FB's terms before attempting to promote through them. Only makes sense and could save you a lot of trouble.

That being said, @Dylan Deane I would suggest that you check out @LukePeerFly threads and blog for tips. Luke is a FB specialist. Keep in mind that some CPA offers do not allow FB traffic. Be sure to check the offer terms before attempting FB ads.

Promoting anything on FB requires intimate knowledge of the Terms of Service as well as the FB Ads Policies and the Business Center.

While it is true that FB has a preference for protecting its' big advertisers, they still earn a great deal from the little guys out there. They just don't protect them as much, if at all. One thing that the bigger advertisers have is an FB representative that helps them stay compliant as well as being as proficient as possible.

Everyone knows that there are thousands of marketers earning large sums on FB by using Blackhat methods. Cloaking and multiple ad accounts combined with obvious violations of policy do not waiver the Blackhats because they keep getting new accounts, new credit cards, new IP addresses, and so on. For them it is a numbers game. Spend $50k or $100k in a day to earn 150% to 400% works out well. These are not pie in the sky numbers. FB has people dedicated to lifting the veil on these folks all the while happy to continue the game as it is big revenue for them. However, for us little guys, we don't have the budget and the resources to play at that level. In addition, who really wants to run a business that way. Only the Blackhats, not me.

Don't despair, I have not met anyone yet that has an account banned for running 100% compliant campaigns. Just don't try to compete with the Blackhats verticals, or use any Blackhat methods, tactics, or strategies. There are plenty of compliant campaigns earning money on FB by folks with small businesses and small budgets.

Thanks for posting this. It is an idea I have also been having but did not know the exact way to go around with. What I know is there are a lot of money on facebook. With a massive traffic and crowd they control, any marketing with the great social media platform will bear enough fruits. One thing am still urged to go on with the facebook affiliate is that the site is growing and has lot of potential audience who only need guidance. Please check amazon for the ebooks related to this field. It has been resourceful to me.
