Hello everyone!
Unfortunately I only noticed this contest this afternoon. Let's blame everything on the lack of time and my inattention.
I know that I am late, but better late than never.
The funny thing is that the similar campaign that I am currently testing already exists in this contest by one of the participants - wes888.
I've been sending traffic to Evadav push subscriptions for a week now, but with a different ad network and slightly different tactics.
Traffic Network: ByMyAds
Affiliate Network: Evadav
Country: Various countries
Tracker: I'm not using tracker in this campaign.
Pop-to-push tactic is one of the easiest and cheapest ways to get started in affiliate marketing.
And that's why I periodically test new countries on such offers in order to understand traffic volume and how well different countries convert.
I'll buy adult popunder traffic. It's pretty easy for user to subscribe to adult landing when he surf porn sites, so CR can be up to 30% in some countries and ad networks.
Evadav has only 2 options: RevShare and CPA. For a longer period of time, RevShare is more profitable, but for quick money and fast data, I always take CPA.
I found an ad network with a minimum top-up of 15$ and came up with a simple plan: test all countries with minimum bid, giving them at least 1 day and optimize zones that don't convert.
In order not to lose even the minimum budget and understand when to turn off the zone, it is enough to do simple math.
Let's take Thailand as an example. It's CPA, so I look at CPA rates for this country: Thailand - 0.0114.
Than I'll check minimum CPC rate at ad network:
That means that in order to have at least 100% ROI, the average CR for a zone must be more than 2%. But at the minimum price, I will not be able to buy out a lot of traffic per day.
An important role in the choice of this ad network was played by the existence of automatic rules in their arsenal, it helps a lot when you on a tight budget.
There will be many zones, and there will be a lot of bots, but knowing what CR is needed to be in positive ROI, I can easily buy 50-100 clicks for each zone with autorules, and then just remove bad zones and make black list or select zones that give a lot traffic and convert well and create white list.
It's enough for me to know that there was at least 1 conversion from at least 50 clicks. If this does not happen, I delete the zone. This is a huge budget savings.
Besides, I always split the landing pages, because you never know which landing will perform well in a particular country.
It is very easy to do this in EvaDav. You need to create streams and widgets with different landings inside the steam. You'll get smartlink with all the landings.
I usually use Bemob tracker, but not in the case of pop traffic, since a Bemob is free only up to 100k actions, pop traffic always has large volumes.
But due to the fact that the flow is very simple, all I need to keep track of are zones, so I just send macros from ad network to tokens inside EvaDav.
And choose the right stream and Subid.
Over the past week, I have tested the following countries: US, GB, AU, AT, CA, NZ, TH, KZ, UZ, RU, QA, RS, TW, IL, SG, CH, CZ, KR, HR, FR.
As expected, tier 1 countries - the US and GB - worked best, but there are good results in other, less popular countries like Thailand, Qatar, Uzbekistan.
I almost forgot about the most interesting part - profit. I have already found several countries that will consistently bring me profit, but still had to spend a little on tests.
Spent: 23.96
Earned: 33.21
Even if it's too late to get into the contest, I will be testing this campaign for at least a few more weeks, so feel free to ask any questions.
