What is the reason of getting banned in forums sites.most of the time these sites block the users.what is the main reason behind it???

If people abide by the rules it is unlikely they would receive a ban. After all, forums need members to survive. That said, you do see some forums that are bombarded by spammers posting the same thread numerous times or posting nonsense just to get a signature link. It is possible some forum hierarchy may be a little suspicious of your motives until you have proved your worth.
