I am designing some new (remade from templates) site pages this week that are NOT responsive intentionally.
They are mobile format and desktop/iPad/>8" Android tablet format.
Why?
Because they are complex and the layouts look better.
I am using a wrapper for each however the content (the center div) called dynamically is bootstrap --that part is fully responsive and will not require complex media queries in the CSS.
I don't like that dumbed down look on large screens nor that disjointed stacked mobile look.
