Well it is hard to believe that because I've tried them and their traffic is shit. Mismatch clicks and lots of bot traffic.

Then you aren't successfully blocking unwanted traffic.

It isn't hard to believe when all of the evidence of success with them abounds in virtually every corner of marketing. All traffic sources have crap traffic, It's our job to filter it. In addition, RichAds has some very sophisticated filters built in that work quite well. Also, a huge amount of low-performing or invalid traffic can be generated by publishers themselves (for example, via VPNs) or by big-scale adware programs. Adware is usually installed on devices without the user’s consent and can generate an enormous number of fake ad impressions per day.

Of course, your calling their traffic crap may be the result of poor performing creatives, landers, funnels, copy, or using poorly designed and implemented angles, hooks, and triggers.
