Affiliate program product or service links are good for "sales associates' customer service representation". I worked for various call centers as a customer service representative. Sales can not get stronger than cold sales - which require customer service representation: direct, personal care. Customers make contact with stores specifically to buy even if at first contact they are only able to find out more information about the product or service until they can save money to make the purchase they are interested in making, in the meantime the potential costumer continues to look at websites until they are able to make the purchase they are interested in making. Affiliate Programs are stores as much as humans have feelings. Stores need a member program offered to shoppers only where after you purchase and decide you are satisfied with the product or service you may promote the product or service link to receive a discount for future purchases and stores need an affiliate program offered to sales folk only where you may promote the product or service link to receive your standard Affiliate Partner Fee of 3% of your earnings for payout.

Good luck with 3% what are you selling gold mines?
I see two separate affiliate marketing programs for each website is the key to making affiliate programs pay: and Affiliate Member Program for the businesses' customers to receive discounts for future purchases for every sale they produce from promoting their purchased product or service link online and the second program being the initial Affiliate Partner Program to hire online workers to receive cash pay for every sale they produce from promoting business product or service links online.
