Guys,
After reviewing resouces available to me to make the SEO contest happen, July seem to be the best month so start preparing for SEO contest in July.

The SEO contest application will be ready next week and we will start promoting the contest from next month.

If I may suggest - I would try to make finishing date in November. For many summer is a time for vacations and personal stuff. December is too busy for all year-end work...
