I am an Asian too specifically Indian, just reply to the mail of declination which you had received and explain everything how will you promote offers, what is your experience, if you have any site which you have developed then provide with the url .Also mention the comfortable timings when you will be available to receive call for the interview. If you are not good in speaking english just mention that in the interview, you will be accepted into MaxBounty.
