The struggle with changing title tags and the effects

This is one that I have been playing around with for a few months with but because the results can take so long to compile it is proving quite frustrating. Plus I know I should just make a one word/term change at a time but then I figure if I am going to lose my SERP position anyways (which seems to always happen with title changes) I might as well do a couple or more.

What are you feelings and experiences with title changes?

There is nothing wrong in changing the title but you must keep the important keywords there. Changing title doesn't mean that you are going to change a title suppose:
seo company in UK for search engine optimization
to
web design company in uk for affordable web design services

This is called change but writing something for first one like
search engine optimization by seo company in uk is called tweaking

I think you are going to do some tweaking.
Am I right?
