There are loads of great SEO tools out there. One of my personal favourites has to be Market Samurai. I will definitely keep a look out for some of the ones I have seen on this thread though.

I'm not the biggest fan of SEO tools but this list makes it look like it really works. I have gone through my SEO work with rigorous efforts throughout and it has paid off. It was exhausting at times but when you think about it, it's all an investment for reaching success. It will all come in time.
