It's not that easy to pick just three tools, I'll be honest with you, but if I have to pick I would go with those that I use most frequently and almost on a daily basis, and those are Ahrefs for analyzing keywords and backlinks, Google Analytics to monitor traffic sources that lead to our site and SEMRush also for analysis and data comparisson.
